Hôtel correct pour le prix. Chambres exigües. Salle de bains d'un autre âge. Mais propre et literie confortable. Restauration (dîner et petit-déjeuner) assez indigente.

Je me permets de vous écrire afin d’exprimer mon profond mécontentement suite à mon récent séjour dans votre établissement, l’Hôtel Dalia. Tout d’abord, je tiens à signaler le comportement inacceptable du réceptionniste qui nous a accueillis. Son attitude était hautaine et empreinte d’un ego déplacé, ce qui a rendu notre arrivée très désagréable. Le manque de courtoisie et de professionnalisme de sa part ne reflète en rien l’image que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un hôtel de votre standing. Par ailleurs, j’aimerais également porter à votre attention l’état lamentable de la piscine ainsi que des vestiaires. L’eau de la piscine était visiblement sale, et les vestiaires étaient dans un état déplorable, tant sur le plan de la propreté que de l’hygiène. Une odeur nauséabonde y régnait, rendant l’accès très difficile, voire insupportable. Je vous prie de bien vouloir prendre les mesures nécessaires afin que ce genre de désagréments ne se reproduise plus, pour moi comme pour les autres clients. Je reste dans l’attente d’un retour de votre part et, le cas échéant, d’un geste commercial à la hauteur des désagréments subis.

Schönes Hotel, gemütlich (Zimmer und Lobby), Garten mit Pool. Großes Zimmer mit Tisch, 2 Sessel, Kühlschrank, Boden gefliest, nur eine freie Steckdose. Zimmer ist in sehr gutem Zustand und sauber. Matratze sehr hart, Bad groß mit Badewanne, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Großer Balkon. Internet extrem langsam bis gut benutzbar. Abendessen (Buffet für Gruppen): gut zubereitet, aber nichts Besonderes Frühstück: Enttäuschend: eine Sorte Wurst, kein Käse. Marmelade, Cornflakes, Brot, Kaffee, Tee, eine Sorte Saft
